Hay varias razones para ver Rosario Tijeras. (Pero antes de decirlas debo advertir que no he leído la novela.) Son estas:
Por fin los admiradores de Flora Martínez —desde quien la admira con amor sublime hasta el que se la morbosea— podemos verla en toda su grandeza, con ropita sexy y «como dios la trajo al mundo».
Por fin los admiradores y admiradoras de Manolo Cardona podrán verlo como dios lo trajo al mundo.
Los créditos del comienzo, que son bien bonitos.
¿Alguna otra razón? No. Tal vez reírse con el acento del Unax Ugarte que va del paisa auténtico al español pasando por francés y portugués. La historia no se entiende, la narración tan fracturada hace muy confuso entender la cuestión y por eso me pregunto si la película se hizo pensando que la iban a ver solo quienes hubieran leído el libro.

yo si lei la novela y me fascino. ahora bien, resulta que este fin de semana por dos veces se frustro mi ida a ver Rosario con mi Rosario particular. Sera eso un Aviso del Cielo?.
Detesto ver que la Obra y la pelicula no coincidan. debe ser porque soy un lector empedernido y me decepciona notar que por X cantidad de Carajada$$ y recursos tecnicos del cine (mas bien limitaciones) , la Obra en su version filmica sea una “adaptacion” que invariablemente traiciona.
En fin. en cambio, alcance a ver los 10 minutos inciales de Sin City…sin palabras. Le perdono a Robert rodriguez que haga adefecios como “Lavagirl and Sharkboy” si el dinero que recauda sirve para hacer mas genialidades como esa.

Creo que la película Rosario Tijeras supera al libro. Si bien la narración no lineal es un poco confusa a veces, la dirección actoral es muy buena. En términos técnicos (edición, sonido), está muy bien. Más que ser una historia que muestre la miseria de las comunas y el sicariato es una historia de amor muy bonita y triste, a mi me conmovió. Así que creo que existen más razones, además de Flora, para ver Rosario Tijeras.

Pues por Flora ire a verla, que por ninguna otra razón iria a ver otra película más sobre uno de los dos únicos temas que tenemos por aca para hacer cine comercial (exagero, también hay joyas de la talla de El coche)
Lo de gritarle borracho a la pantalla, lo haría por flora, pero mi odio absoluto por las personas que no son capaces de hacer silencio en el cine me lo impide. Me tocará esperar que salga el DVD para gritarle a mi televisor.

No suelo comentar en estos blogs, pero Rosario se lo merece. A ver… la película representa un deleite para los que quieran ir a ver a Flora en su máximo esplendor. Tanto q a veces empalaga, con unas escenas de desnudos innecesarias. La película me pareció buena, pero considerando los adefesios inmamables, estilo Perder es… del cine colombiano es buenísima. Para mí, que leí el libro y me fascinó, es tal cual como la imaginé. Pero en verdad, el film tiene un cordón umbilical con la novela que la hace a ratos, y sobre todo al principio, incomprendible. Es una lástima el desperdicio del triángulo amoroso entre los 3 protagonistas que le da la verdadera esencia a la historia. Pero bueno.. deja bien parada a Medellín Sicaria y a Colombia. Y por Dios, Catalinita Aritizábal “actúa” por 30 segs.

No me he leido el libro pero la película me gusto. Si es cierto que hay algunos agujeros en la trama pero el relato se resuelve bien en términos visuales y de acuerdo con Ma. José, a mi también me conmovió.

Podría equivocarme, pero la canción de Juanes debe de hacer parte de los créditos finales, que obviamente no me iba a quedar viendo (aunque suelo hacerlo). A lo largo de la película se oyen canciones de Pernett y otras (anacrónicas, diría uno, y si se quiere otro “bache”), pero no del George Michael criollo hasta donde yo sé.

Yo no he visto la película… Lo he olvidado entre tantas otras cosas. Pero, aún la quiero ir a ver, espero sacar el tiempo. La quiero ver por Rosario y por Flora.
La novela es mala. Mala, mala. Lo único para considerar con agrado es la creación de Rosario. Qué personaje. Qué mujer. De resto el mundillo sicarial de Medellín hace años y punto.
Y Flora, creo que fue la mejor elección para hacer a Rosario de carne y hueso en la pantalla: esas dos mujeres son una tentación ambulante, lo dicen mis amigos, lo dicen ustedes… Y lo que yo digo es: del carajo sentirse como Rosario, sentirse como Flora.

No he tenido la oportunidad de ver la película pero me gusta Flora. Iré próximamente a mi cine favorito por ella pese a todos los comentarios que he leído.
En cuanto a Flora, esta niña aparece por allá cada venida de obispo. Pero cuando aparece como que ‘la saca del estadio’ no?
Por otro lado, y para finalizar, haciendo referencia al artículo publicado en este mismo blog nombrado El Derecho a una Voz, del 24 de julio de 2005 (¡ACOLSEC PRESENTE!), lo he recordado cada vez que entro al baño de la agencia para la cual ‘contemplo’.
La razón es que existe tanto dispensador de toallas como secador eléctrico. Sin embargo pasa algo allí: el dispensador casi nunca tiene toallas, mientras que el secador tiene todos los datos e instrucciones en inglés y a muchos usuarios les ha pasado corriente.

Lástima que me encuentre tan lejos, en un país donde las Floras apenas existen en nuestros sueños, y las películas colombianas son tan exóticas como el arequipe, pero en fin, me conformo con imaginarme a Flora y releer “Rosario tijeras”, para hacerme una idea de lo bien que la pasó en la prudente oscuridad de una sala de cine.

Flora está buenísima. Y punto. Nada que discutir. La novela es buena, sobre todo por el personaje de Rosario (no en vano Franco le puso ese nombre), justamente porque indaga un poco más en el Medellín de No nacimos pa’ semilla y de Rodrigo D.
La película, nada loco. Manolo Cardona a duras penas actúa mejor que Cataliana Aristizábal, pero lo hace a todo lo largo de la peli. El españolete no es tan malo, y de hecho me logró convencer a ratos. Y lod e Pernett se suma alas placas amarillas y balncas (no negras), a los carros modelos 2003, en fin…cositas del script. Según una amiga, Flora sale chuta y luego lisa en una misma escena. Qué se yo, pero menos mal el jugalr nos cuenta que no es culpa de la miniparticipación colombiana en el filme. ¡Dios salve a Sergio Cabrera!

Cabrera sencillamente no ha podido superar La estrategia del caracol. Esta película no es la excepción. La producción es mucho mejor, por supuesto, en cuanto a sonido (aquel gran lunar) e imagen (el otro lunar… ¡ja!), pero el diseño no me gustó. Y lo más importante: ESTÁ BASADA EN UNA NOVELA DE SANTIAGO GAMBOA (Cfr. http://www.juglardelzipa.com/?p=64). Eso es para mí signo de pésima calidad y de que sí, mejor vas y te echas unas polas. Yo fui a verla, así como he ido a ver todas las “películas colombianas” solo por ver qué tal (y, claro, por Martina García, que de pronto también puede ser razón… aunque me decepcionó).
Y listo, ¿cuándo hacemos trasteo?

El tema de las películas colombianas es un asunto de conformidades. Toca decir cosas como: sí, bueno esto y bueno aquéllo, pero nunca, salvo en algunas producciones como La estrategia del caracol y La gente de la universal, serán más las cosas buenas que las malas. Toca esforzarse en resaltar algún aspecto. Nunca la totalidad.
Eso sí, la peor, por encima de lo que escribe y produce y ojalá no dirija nunca Dago García, es una vaina que se llama La mujer del piso alto. Muy cerca están La pena máxima y La esquina y mejor no seguir con la lista.

El rey ciertamente no me pareció la panacea -de acuerdo con lo de los acentos-, pero entre las cosas de ese año me pareció lo mejor “de las colombianas”.
La lectura de Rosario efectivamente es superficial. Pero con todo y la narración loca que pone a prueba toda nuestra intelectualidad, se me hace poca cosa, muy poca cosa. Es más, se me hace triste que al final digan “el sonido era bueno”, “la imaginen no tenía grano”… es decir, siempre se le va a evaluar con respecto a las demás películas “colombianas” y no como a una película sin más. Eso no viene mucho a lugar pero bueno, ahí lo pongo porque esa impresión también me han dado los comentarios que han hecho de la película.
Y sobre el sicariato no sé… prefiero un documental que se llama “la sierra”. Claro, es un documental.
